Synapses Technologies to Provide Solutions to Fast-Growing Financial Advisor Market

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – January 9, 2006 – Synapses Technologies Inc., a leading provider of personalized 401(k) education solutions, today announced plans to offer its solutions to the vast Financial Advisor market – a new distribution channel expected to significantly expand Synapses' prominence.

Continuing its ongoing exploration of new sales channels for Synapses products, the company aims to enter the significant financial advisor market by also tailoring its solutions through additional channels in need of customizable communications with 401(k) participants or prospects. Previously, Synapses had focused exclusively on selling products and services to the large 401(k) provider market. However, recent product and process enhancements have allowed Synapses to plan offerings for personalized participant education tools that initially appeared too small to be economical.
